Vanilla Whip Dessert Recipe
This is one our favorite desserts that is super easy to make and full of good fats!
Using organic cream cheese, organic heavy cream (even better if it's raw milk cream!), eggs from free-range chickens, and vanilla extract makes this a dessert full of nutrients to top off a great dinner. We recommend using maple syrup, yacon syrup, or raw honey to sweeten. We tend to go lighter on the sugars, so add more or less based on your tastes.

Maureen's Vanilla Whip Dessert
1 8oz. package organic cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup organic heavy cream
2 free-range egg yolks, optional 1/4 cup maple syrup or yacon syrup 1-2 tsps vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese on high speed for 2-3 minutes, until light and fluffy - the fluffier the better! Stop and scrape the bowl once or twice.
Once the cream cheese is light and fluffy, continue whipping and slowly add the heavy cream. Whip for another 1-2 minutes, scraping the bowl once or twice. Continue whipping and add the rest of the ingredients one at a time. Whip for another 1-2 minutes. Serve in individual cups and top with strawberries, blueberries, or chocolate for an elegant and delicious dessert!
